For all ages. Look for signs of spring on a mindful, slow woodland saunter. Experience forest bathing, meditation, and mindful breathing. Up to a mile distance. Cosponsored by Mount Greylock State Reservation - Department of Conservation and Recreation and Terra Trek NY.

For ages 8 and older. Explore seasonal changes in the forest and look for signs of wildlife and unique features. 2- to 3 miles along an easy to moderate trail. Dress appropriately for the weather. Bring water and a snack. Inclement weather cancels.
